Who’s responsible? Which deadline applies? What can the customer see? Grundstain brings these details together around each order item.
Track order items with clear ownership, committed and expected dates, and documented process stages.
Share selected updates and documents. Answer customer questions alongside the relevant order item, while keeping internal information private.
Keep document versions and sharing decisions connected to the relevant order item.
Record partial and complete deliveries with quantities and supporting documents.
Identify manually maintained updates and changes. Stay in control of what gets shared.
One brand film, two perspectives: work on the next cut internally, share a selected version externally, and keep feedback with the project.

Extend the closing sequence in version 03. Review music and color grading before sharing the next version with the client.
Version 03 stays internal. The client continues to see the deliberately shared version 02.

The visual direction works really well. Could you keep the logo on screen a little longer at the end?
You see the shared version and your feedback. Internal notes and unfinished cuts stay with the studio.
An illustrative agency scenario from the product vision, not the current app. The video and feedback views show the intended use, not an already available video review feature.
Every company works differently. Grundstain combines a shared foundation with configurable terminology, process stages and custom forms.

Grundstain is in development. The first end-to-end focus is order coordination for industrial companies. The platform is intended for multiple industries.
Connected workflows have been implemented and technically tested using sample data.
An internal test build is not a released product. The next validation steps remain essential.
AI is part of the product vision. The current local AI approach has not yet passed the required quality checks and is not offered here as an available feature.
Grundstain is planned as modular business software for companies of different sizes and industries. The initial focus is order coordination in industrial companies. Other industries will be explored from that foundation.
The initial scope focuses on coordinating confirmed orders and their items. It is not a complete ERP or production planning system. Importing existing data is evaluated against specific formats; a universal ERP integration is not assumed.
The portal shows only assigned, deliberately shared updates and documents. Internal changes are not automatically published externally. Customer questions stay connected to the relevant order item.
The development build supports custom units and process stages, plus a scoped builder for data-entry and inspection forms. Extensions are tested and reviewed before activation. This is not a promise of a universal no-code editor.
Full is planned as an installable desktop app for macOS and Windows. Adapted iPhone and iPad views and a mobile-friendly browser portal are part of the vision. Local macOS test builds exist; cross-device and business deployment validation are still pending.
Local development and test packages exist, but there is no generally released product download yet. This website therefore does not link to internal packages or offer purchases or production sign-ups.
